• General home repairs and maintenance

• DIY projects and hobby work

Key specifications

• Set composition: three workshop pliers covering gripping, cutting and bending functions
• Intended use: general-purpose hand tools for repair, maintenance and assembly
• Form factor: compact, handheld tools for easy storage and transport
• Materials: metal jaws with insulated or non-slip handles for secure grip (typical for workshop pliers)
• Finish: corrosion-resistant surface treatment suitable for workshop environments

How to use

Select the appropriate pliers from the set for the intended task: use gripping pliers for holding and turning parts, use cutting pliers for trimming wire or small fasteners, and use bending or long-nose pliers for shaping, positioning or reaching into confined spaces. Hold the tool by the handle with a firm but controlled grip, place the jaws around the workpiece, then apply steady pressure to grip, cut or bend as needed. Inspect the cutting edges and joint before use to ensure smooth operation and maintain safe hand positioning to avoid pinch points.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses when cutting or bending materials. Avoid using pliers as a substitute for wrenches or hammering. Regularly clean and lightly lubricate the pivot joint to maintain functional performance and inspect handles for wear; replace tools showing significant damage.
