How to use

Connect the electric knife to a suitable mains outlet and ensure the blade assembly is correctly and securely attached according to the user manual. Position the blade at the starting point of the item to be sliced and allow the motor to reach full speed before moving the knife through the food in a smooth, steady motion. Use light, consistent pressure—let the motor and blade do the work to achieve even slices. After use, disconnect from the mains, remove the blade components where applicable and clean them following the manufacturer's cleaning instructions.

Recommendations

Keep hands and fingers clear of the moving blade during operation. For best performance, use the electric knife on stable cutting surfaces and avoid forcing the blade through very hard or frozen items. Regularly inspect and maintain blade components to ensure safe and efficient operation.
