trodat X-Print 12476.50 cm (model 4912) is a compact self-inking text stamp designed for repeated imprinting of text on paper and documents. The stamp provides a 42 x 12 mm imprint area, an integrated replaceable ink pad and a grey housing made from approximately 75% recycled material. The built-in ink pad allows multiple impressions without external ink and can be replaced with a compatible pad (6/4912, manufacturer code 499205) to extend the product's service life.

Advantages

The self-inking mechanism delivers quick, consistent impressions while reducing the need for separate ink bottles. A replaceable ink pad (6/4912) simplifies maintenance and prolongs usability. How to use

Compose and mount the required text plate according to the manufacturer's instructions, then insert it into the stamp frame. Press the stamp down firmly and evenly onto the paper surface to produce a clear 42 x 12 mm impression. If impressions become faint, replace the integrated ink pad with the compatible 6/4912 pad (MPN 499205). Follow standard office handling to keep the stamping surface clean and aligned.

Recommendations

Store the stamp horizontally at room temperature and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Replace the ink pad when impressions fade and use only the specified replacement pad (6/4912) to ensure correct fit and colour. Clean the text plate gently if residue builds up to maintain clear imprints.
