Telefoonkabel Helos 014096 3 m zwart transparant

The Helos 014096 telephone cable is a 3 m connection lead designed for voice and low-speed data links. It features 8P4C connectors on both ends and a black transparent jacket that combines discreet appearance with visible conductor alignment for installation checks. The cable is intended to connect telephones, analog devices and compatible equipment where an 8P4C modular connection is required.

Advantages

This 3 meter telephone cable provides a standard modular 8P4C interface at both ends for straightforward plug-and-play connection with compatible handsets and base units. The black transparent outer jacket offers mechanical flexibility while allowing quick visual inspection of conductor orientation. The cable length balances reach and neatness for typical home and office deployments and supports reliable voice quality with minimal signal degradation at short distances.

Suitable for

• Connecting landline telephones to wall sockets or base stations
• Extending handset leads within homes or offices
• Linking compatible analog devices that use 8P4C modular plugs

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connectors: 8P4C on both ends
• Outer colour and finish: Black, transparent jacket
• Intended signal type: Analog voice and low-speed data
• Design: Flexible PVC outer sheath suitable for indoor use

How to use

Insert each 8P4C connector firmly into the corresponding modular jack until a click confirms engagement. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and protect it from heavy foot traffic or crushing; use cable clips or trunking where necessary. For best performance, keep the cable run within typical telephone installation lengths and avoid placing it alongside high-voltage power cables to reduce potential interference.

Recommendations

For reliable voice connections, ensure connectors are fully seated and inspect the transparent jacket to confirm correct conductor alignment. Replace the cable if the jacket shows visible damage or the connectors become loose to maintain signal quality.
