Telefoonkabel helos 156691 TAE-F naar RJ-45, 6 m lengte

The helos telephone cable 156691 is a 6 m connection cable with a TAE-F connector on one end and an RJ-45 connector on the other, intended for voice and low-speed data links. It enables connection of telephones, fax machines or terminal adapters to compatible network or telephony wall ports. The cable provides a flexible routing option in home and office environments where extending the reach between equipment and wall outlets is required.

Advantages

This helos cable offers a direct TAE-F to RJ-45 connection without the need for adapters, simplifying setup between German-style telephony sockets and RJ-45-equipped devices. With a 6 meter length it balances reach and manageable cable routing, allowing convenient placement of telephones or telephony equipment. The cable is designed for voice signals and low-speed data, ensuring straightforward compatibility with standard telephony and terminal adapter interfaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting a landline telephone to an RJ-45 wall port via a TAE-F plug
• Linking fax machines to network or telephony outlet panels
• Connecting terminal adapters or VoIP gateways that accept RJ-45 inputs
• Extending the distance between telephone equipment and fixed wall sockets in homes or offices

Key specifications

• Connector A: TAE-F
• Connector B: RJ-45
• Length: 6 m
• Intended use: voice and low-speed data (telephony, fax, terminal adapters)
• Application environment: home and office telephony setups

How to use

Insert the TAE-F connector into the corresponding telephone socket on the device (telephone, fax or terminal adapter) and plug the RJ-45 connector into the wall jack or network/telephony port. Ensure both ends are fully seated to avoid intermittent connections. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, heavy pinching or placement near sources of strong electromagnetic interference. If connecting through intermediate panels, confirm the panel wiring matches the expected telephony pinout for voice service.

Recommendations

Use the cable indoors in dry conditions and avoid exposing it to excessive mechanical stress; for stable voice quality, keep the cable away from large power transformers or unshielded high-current conductors. For installations requiring longer runs or higher data rates, consider a cable type specified for those requirements.
