Telefoonkabel ShiverPeaks 6-aderig plat, wit, 20,0 m (model 76117-20)

Flat telephone cable ShiverPeaks 6-wire flat, white, 20.0 m is intended for fixed-line voice and low-voltage signalling connections in residential and office environments. The cable has six conductors inside a slim, flat white jacket and a total length of 20.0 m, enabling routing along skirting boards, through underfloor gaps or beneath carpets to achieve a discreet installation. The 6-wire configuration supports simple multi-line wiring or paired signalling circuits without occupying excessive space.

Advantages

The flat profile reduces visibility and makes the cable easy to tape or tuck against walls and floors. Six separate conductors allow separate voice lines or signalling pairs in one cable run, reducing the need for multiple cables. A white outer jacket blends with typical interior surfaces and provides basic mechanical protection for indoor use. The 20.0 m length covers moderate distances between connection points without requiring splices.

Suitable for

• Fixed landline telephone connections in homes and small offices
• Low-voltage signalling and intercom wiring
• Multi-line or paired-signal installations within a single cable run
• Discreet routing along skirting boards, under carpets or behind furniture

Key specifications

• Conductor count: 6 wires
• Cable profile: flat
• Outer colour: white
• Length: 20.0 m
• Intended use: indoor fixed-line voice and low-voltage signalling

How to use

Measure the required run and place the cable along the intended route, keeping bends gentle to preserve the flat profile. For visible runs, align the cable with skirting boards or tuck it under carpet edges; for concealed runs, feed through gaps or behind furniture. Terminate the conductors with compatible telephone plugs, connectors or terminal blocks following the voice or signalling wiring scheme you require. If cutting the cable to length, strip the jacket carefully to avoid nicking conductors and ensure secure connections to blocks or plugs.

Recommendations

Use indoors only and avoid exposure to moisture, direct sunlight or mechanical stress. Do not run the cable alongside high-voltage power lines to minimise interference; keep a small separation from mains wiring where routes cross. For runs longer than 20 m or for environments requiring higher mechanical protection, consider alternative cable types or additional protective conduit.
