Telefoonkabel ShiverPeaks BS12-09085 15 m zwart RJ-45 TAE

The ShiverPeaks BS12-09085 15 m Black RJ-45 TAE telephone cable provides a wired connection between devices with RJ-45 and TAE sockets. Designed for voice and low-speed data telecommunication links, this 15-metre cable offers a straightforward solution for extending telephone connections across rooms or between equipment points. The black jacket gives a neutral appearance suitable for residential and office environments.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines a standard RJ-45 connector and a TAE plug to bridge equipment with differing socket types without adapters. Its 15 m length allows flexible placement of devices while maintaining signal integrity for typical telephony use. The cable jacket is durable enough for indoor routing along walls, under desks, or through cable organizers, and the neutral black color helps it blend into most settings.

Suitable for

• Connecting landline telephones to wall sockets with RJ-45 and TAE interfaces
• Extending telephone lines within homes, offices, and small businesses
• Temporary or permanent wiring where a 15 m reach is required
• Environments that require a discreet, black cable for visible runs

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Color: black
• Connector types: RJ-45 on one end and TAE on the other
• Intended use: telephone / telecommunication signal transmission
• Suitable for indoor routing and standard telephony installations

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 end to the corresponding RJ-45 socket on your device or wall outlet and insert the TAE plug into the telephone equipment or wall jack that accepts TAE connectors. Ensure both ends are fully seated to maintain reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; secure it with cable clips or ties where necessary. Before final installation, test the line by placing a call or checking for a dial tone to confirm proper connectivity.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. Use appropriate cable management to prevent stress at connector ends and inspect connectors periodically for wear if the cable is moved frequently.
