Telefoonkabel ShiverPeaks BS12-09265 6 m zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS12-09265 telephone cable is a 6 meter black connection lead designed to link telephone devices with wall sockets and network adapters. Fitted with an RJ-45 plug on one end and a TAE (F) connector on the other, the cable provides a stable physical connection that supports clear voice transmission and minimises signal attenuation over a moderate range. The cable's outer sheath is black and abrasion-resistant for everyday home and office routing.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines a standard RJ-45 interface with a TAE (F) connector to ensure compatibility with a wide range of telephony equipment and wall sockets. The 6 m length gives flexibility for placement without the need for extensions. Designed with durable insulation, the cable resists wear from repeated handling and typical office or domestic use. Its black colour blends with common interior electronics and cabling runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting a telephone base station or analogue telephone to a wall socket with a TAE interface
• Linking telephony equipment to adapters or routers that accept RJ-45 plugs
• Home offices, business workspaces, and customer service desks requiring fixed telephone wiring

Key specifications

• Cable length: 6 m
• Colour: Black
• Connector A: RJ-45 plug
• Connector B: TAE (F) connector
• Intended signal type: Telephone voice/analogue telephony
• Sheath: Flexible, abrasion-resistant outer jacket

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 end into the corresponding RJ-45 socket on your adapter, router or telephony device, and connect the TAE (F) connector to the wall telephone socket. Ensure connectors are fully seated to avoid intermittent contacts. Route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference and avoid tight bends or kinks to maintain signal integrity. If a different socket type is required, use a compatible adapter rather than forcing connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable run under 10 metres when used for analogue voice signals to limit potential signal loss. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or wear, and replace the cable if insulation or plug housings show damage. When routing along walls or through cable channels, secure the cable with soft clips to avoid crushing the jacket.
