How to use

Turn the printer off or follow the printer manufacturer’s instructions for safe cartridge replacement. Open the printer’s front cover, remove the spent toner cartridge and carefully unpack the replacement TN-246C cartridge from its protective packaging. Gently shake the new cartridge several times from side to side to distribute the toner evenly, then remove any sealing tape according to the enclosed instructions. Insert the cartridge into the correct slot until it clicks into place, close the front cover and allow the printer to initialise. Run a test page or alignment if recommended by the printer to verify correct installation and colour output.

Recommendations

Store unused cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Use standard office papers for best results and avoid prolonged storage of partly used cartridges in environments with high humidity. Replace the cartridge when print density decreases or colour output becomes uneven; consult the printer status indicators or driver messages to determine remaining toner level.
