Tonerverzamelaar Ricoh 405866 voor Ricoh-printers — capaciteit 27000 pagina's, 1 st.

Toner collector Ricoh 405866 is a replacement component designed for compatible Ricoh printers to collect excess toner produced during the printing process. Supplied as a single unit with a rated capacity of 27,000 pages, this collector helps maintain consistent print quality by trapping residual toner that would otherwise contaminate internal surfaces. The unit is intended for routine maintenance and periodic replacement to minimize toner spills and reduce the likelihood of service interruptions.

Advantages

The collector provides predictable performance over its rated capacity and supports stable image output by preventing toner accumulation inside the device. Installation of a new collector reduces the risk of streaks, smudges and internal contamination, and helps maintain the mechanical reliability of the printer. As a single, ready-to-install unit, it simplifies maintenance and limits downtime compared with ad-hoc cleaning.

Suitable for

• Regular scheduled maintenance of Ricoh laser printers
• Replacing spent toner collection components to restore print quality
• Office environments with moderate to high monthly print volumes
• Service technicians performing preventive maintenance and parts replacement

Key specifications

• Function: toner collection for excess and residual toner
• Capacity: rated for approximately 27,000 printed pages
• Package contents: single collector unit
• Compatibility: designed for compatible Ricoh printers (refer to printer manual for supported models)
• Form factor: replaceable module intended for user or technician installation

How to use

Turn off and unplug the printer before starting maintenance. Open the designated service cover or access panel according to the printer’s maintenance instructions, remove the spent toner collector carefully to avoid spilling any residual toner, and insert the new collector until it seats securely. Close the cover and power the device back on. After installation, allow the printer to initialize and, if required, follow any on-screen prompts or service menu steps to reset the internal counter related to the collector.

Recommendations

Replace the collector before print quality degrades or when the device indicates end-of-life for the component. Handle the collector on a clean, dry surface and avoid inhaling toner dust. Dispose of the spent collector according to local regulations for toner-containing consumables or recycling programs provided by the manufacturer.
