Why choose it

This system delivers 4K clarity that captures faces, licence plates, and fine details even at night. The H500 hub acts as a local video recorder, so you can store footage without monthly fees. The 90 dB siren can be triggered manually or by AI events, deterring intruders instantly. Setup is straightforward via the Tapo app, and the cameras are built to withstand rain, dust, and extreme temperatures.

Ideal use cases

• Homeowners wanting comprehensive perimeter surveillance
• Small business owners securing storefronts or offices
• Monitoring driveways, gardens, and entry points
• Keeping an eye on pets or deliveries remotely

Good to know

The system supports local storage on the hub (up to 256 GB) and on each camera (up to 512 GB), so you can avoid subscription fees if desired. For added convenience, cloud storage via Tapo Care is available. The cameras are IP66-rated, making them suitable for outdoor installation in most weather conditions. Power is supplied via included DC adapters for both the hub and cameras.
