See Every Detail Up Close — 4MP IR motorized varifocal dome network camera designed for clear surveillance imaging. The motorized varifocal lens allows remote adjustment of the field of view to focus on areas of interest and improve target clarity. The camera supports human and vehicle classification to reduce false alarms and deliver more accurate event notifications. Built-in smart video enhancement technologies (True WDR, Smart IR, 3D DNR, and automatic white balance) provide balanced exposure, reduced noise, and improved night-time visibility. Efficient H.265+ compression decreases bandwidth and storage requirements while preserving image quality.

Advantages

The motorized varifocal lens enables precise framing without manual focus changes on-site, helping to minimize invalid detection zones. Human & vehicle classification improves the relevance of alerts and reduces unnecessary notifications. True WDR handles high-contrast scenes for natural-looking images, Smart IR prevents overexposure at night, and 3D DNR reduces image noise while maintaining detail. H.265+ compression offers significant storage and bandwidth savings compared to older codecs.

Key specifications

• Resolution: 4MP
• Type: IR motorized varifocal dome network camera
• Lens: Motorized varifocal (adjustable FOV)
• Intelligent features: Human and vehicle classification
• Video enhancement: True WDR, Smart IR, 3D DNR, White Balance
• Compression: H.265+ (improved storage and bandwidth efficiency)

How to use

Install the dome camera in a stable outdoor or indoor location with a clear view of the monitored area. Use the camera’s motorized varifocal control (via the device interface or management software) to set the desired field of view and focus for coverage of critical zones. Enable human and vehicle classification in the settings to refine event notifications. Adjust WDR and IR settings as needed for scenes with strong backlighting or low-light conditions. Configure recording, retention, and H.265+ compression options on your NVR or management platform to optimize storage.

Recommendations

For best results, perform initial setup and lens adjustment during daytime, validate classification performance with sample events, and store recordings on an H.265+-capable recorder with adequate retention settings. Position the camera to avoid direct bright light sources in the frame and periodically clean the dome cover to maintain image clarity.
