How to use

Put the lid in place and switch the steamer on; consult the illustrations on the base for suggested steaming times and heat settings for fish, meat, rice and vegetables. When the water level becomes low the unit will require refilling between cycles. After use allow the appliance to cool, then remove the baskets and clean them; most removable parts are dishwasher-safe while the base should be wiped clean.

Recommendations

Use fresh, evenly sized pieces of food for consistent steaming results and follow the water-level indicators to avoid running the unit dry. Do not immerse the base in water; clean the base with a damp cloth only.
