USB-2.0-kabel DELOCK 81524 — Mini-USB B naar USB A, 1 m, zwart

DELOCK 81524 is a 1 m USB 2.0 data cable with a Mini-USB B connector on one end and a standard USB A connector on the other. It supports USB 2.0 data rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s and features gold-plated contacts for improved signal transfer and corrosion resistance. The cable is supplied in black and is intended for connecting cameras, portable devices and peripherals with a Mini-USB port to computers, chargers or USB hubs. The EASY USB female connector design reduces insertion errors by allowing reversible use of the socket without regard to top or bottom orientation.

Advantages

The cable provides reliable USB 2.0 data transmission at up to 0.48 Gbit/s and gold-plated contacts to maintain consistent electrical contact and reduce oxidation over time. A 1 m length balances reach and tidy cable management for desktop and mobile use. The Mini-USB B to USB A connection covers common legacy devices such as cameras and portable peripherals, while the black jacket offers a neutral appearance that fits most setups. The reversible EASY USB female connector simplifies connection and reduces wear from repeated orientation attempts.

Suitable for

• Connecting digital cameras with Mini-USB B ports to computers for file transfer
• Linking portable audio devices or older GPS units to USB A ports for data sync
• Connecting external peripherals with Mini-USB B to chargers or power banks
• Use with USB hubs and desktop PCs for device communication and charging

How to use

Insert the Mini-USB B plug into the Mini-USB socket of the device and connect the USB A connector to a computer, charger or hub. The EASY USB female connector allows insertion without checking orientation; align and push the plug gently until it seats. For data transfer, ensure the connected computer recognises the device and that necessary drivers or software are installed. For charging, confirm the power source provides compatible output for the target device.

Recommendations

Use the cable in dry environments and avoid sharp bends or heavy pulling to maintain connector integrity. For reliable long-term performance, disconnect by holding the connector body rather than pulling the cable, and store the cable coiled loosely when not in use. Replace the cable if physical damage to the jacket or connectors is visible.
