USB-C-hub Aukey CB-C89 10-in-1 met RJ45 1000Mbps, HDMI 4K, meerdere aansluitingen

The Aukey CB-C89 10-in-1 USB-C hub adds a range of wired and peripheral connectivity options to a compatible laptop or tablet. It provides a Gigabit Ethernet port for stable 1000Mbps network access, an HDMI output capable of 4K video, and multiple USB and data interfaces for connecting external storage, input devices and other accessories. The hub is designed to expand a single USB-C port into a multiport solution that supports productivity tasks, presentations and fast file transfers.

Advantages

The CB-C89 delivers stable wired networking through an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port and supports high-resolution external displays via its HDMI 4K output. Its combination of multiple USB ports and card/drive connectivity reduces the need for separate adapters and simplifies workstation setup. The compact, single-cable design keeps the connection tidy while maintaining simultaneous operation of several devices and peripherals.

Suitable for

• Office laptops and ultrabooks that lack a built-in Ethernet port
• Presentations and video conferencing requiring an external 4K display
• Connecting external hard drives, flash drives and USB accessories
• Temporary workstation setups and travel where multiple ports are needed

Key specifications

• Port count: 10 functions in one hub including wired network, video output and multiple USB/data interfaces
• Network: Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mbps) RJ45 port for wired connectivity
• Video output: HDMI supporting up to 4K resolution for external displays
• USB data: Multiple USB ports for connecting peripherals and storage devices
• Compatibility: USB-C host connection for laptops and tablets with USB-C or Thunderbolt-compatible ports
• Form factor: Compact, single-cable hub for desktop or portable use

How to use

Connect the Aukey CB-C89 to a compatible device using its USB-C plug. Once connected, the hub enumerates connected ports and devices; plug in an Ethernet cable to enable wired network access, connect an HDMI cable to an external monitor or TV for video output, and attach USB peripherals or external storage to the available USB ports. Ensure the host device supports USB-C peripheral mode or DisplayPort Alt Mode if using video output. Drivers are usually provided by the host operating system; check system settings if a device is not recognized.

Recommendations

For stable network performance, use a high-quality Ethernet cable and a Gigabit-capable router or switch. To achieve the best video output, use HDMI cables rated for 4K at the intended refresh rate and verify that the host device supports 4K output over USB-C. Avoid excessive bending of the hub cable and keep vents unobstructed if the hub has passive cooling slots.
