USB-hub Akasa AK-HB-21BKCM aluminium USB 3.2 Gen 1 5000 Mbit/s

The Akasa Connect 7 IPS is a compact aluminium 7-port USB hub (AK-HB-21BKCM) that expands a single USB-A connection into seven USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports with up to 5 Gbps data transfer. Designed for desktop use, the hub integrates individual power switches and LED indicators for each port and includes both UK and EU power adapter plugs. Compatible with Mac OS, Windows, Chrome OS and Linux, it offers a durable aluminium finish in a space-saving 135 mm x 42 mm x 18 mm enclosure.

Advantages

Recommendations

For reliable high-speed transfers, connect high-bandwidth devices (for example, external SSDs) directly to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and avoid overloading multiple high-power devices on the hub simultaneously. Use the included powered adapter when connecting several power-hungry peripherals to ensure stable DC 5V supply.
