USB-kabel ShiverPeaks BS14-75007 2m USB 3.2 Gen 2 USB C zwart wit

The ShiverPeaks BS14-75007 is a 2 m USB cable with USB-C connectors on both ends that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 (also referred to as USB 3.1 Gen 2) data transfer. Designed for high-speed connections, this cable provides up to 10 Gbit/s throughput and is available in black and white finishes. It is intended for linking compatible laptops, smartphones, tablets and other USB-C devices for data transfer and charging.

Advantages

The cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 performance for fast data transfers up to 10 Gbit/s while maintaining backward compatibility with lower USB generations. With identical USB-C connectors on each end, it simplifies connections between modern devices without adapter use. The 2 m length offers extended reach for desktop or home use, and the two available colours allow basic visual matching with devices or workspace. The specification covers both data transmission and basic charging needs for devices that accept power over USB-C.

Suitable for

• Transferring large files between computers, external drives and mobile devices
• Connecting USB-C equipped laptops to docks or monitors that support data over USB-C
• Charging smartphones, tablets and other USB-C peripherals where cable length and USB specification are appropriate
• Everyday home and office use where a reliable 2 m USB-C cable is required

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB-C to USB-C
• USB standard: USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2)
• Maximum data transfer rate: 10 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 2 m
• Available colours: Black, White

How to use

Connect one USB-C plug to the USB-C port on your host device and the other to the target device such as a drive, phone or dock. Once connected, the devices should negotiate the highest supported transfer mode automatically. For charging, ensure the host or charger provides appropriate power delivery for the target device. Avoid bending the cable sharply at the connector ends and route it to prevent tension or kinks.

Recommendations

Use the cable for high-speed data transfers and typical charging tasks. For maximum performance, confirm that both connected devices support USB 3.2 Gen 2. Store the cable coiled loosely and keep it away from heat sources and liquids. If using with power delivery above standard USB charging, verify device compatibility and charger specifications before prolonged charging sessions.
