Veiligheidshelm Uvex 9772920 zwart

The uvex pheos B safety helmet is a lightweight, modern protective helmet designed for construction and industrial environments. It combines a rigid shell that resists side pressure with comfortable suspension and ventilation features to provide reliable head protection during extended use. The helmet accepts a range of accessories such as visors, safety spectacles, earmuffs and helmet lights, allowing quick adaptation to specific work requirements.

Advantages

The helmet offers a sporty, ergonomic design with climazone ventilation and a flexible 3D suspension harness for comfort. A long brim increases coverage while the six-point textile band attachment and adjustable conventional suspension harness ensure a secure, customizable fit. Its accessory system includes a front slot for helmet lights and side Euroslot adapters for attaching earmuffs and the uvex pheos visor system. The shell meets EN 397 and additional requirements for very low temperatures (−30 °C) and molten metal splash (MM).

How to use

Place the helmet on the head and adjust the conventional suspension harness and textile band to achieve a secure, comfortable fit. Attach required accessories — such as the uvex pheos visor, earmuffs using the 30 mm Euroslot adapters, or a helmet light in the front slot — before starting work. Ensure vents are unobstructed to maintain airflow and comfort during use.

Recommendations

Inspect the helmet before each use for cracks, deep scratches or damaged suspension components; replace the helmet if it fails inspection. Use only compatible uvex accessories designed for the pheos system to preserve protective performance and compliance with EN 397.
