How to use

Configure the Skorpio X5 with the appropriate keypad and scan engine for your workflow, insert an SDXC card if additional storage is required, and enroll the device using your enterprise mobile device management solution. Power the unit with the hot‑swappable battery; for models with contactless charging, use compatible wireless charging docks to maintain uptime. Launch Android applications installed on the device to scan barcodes, capture data and communicate over Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth as needed for your operations.

Recommendations

Use the Mid‑Range imager when frequent scans from extended distances (up to 2 m) are required but extra‑long range optics are unnecessary. For outdoor work, enable display brightness and choose the high‑visibility screen option. To minimize downtime and maintenance, prefer contactless charging models and implement regular battery swap procedures for long shifts.
