Ventilator Akasa OTTO SF12 computerbehuizingsventilator 12 cm zwart grijs

The Akasa OTTO SF12 is a 120 mm computer case fan engineered for reliable cooling performance. It combines an automobile-inspired structural design with IP68-rated rotor technology to provide a balance of high airflow and low noise. The fan is available in black and grey and includes rubber mounting pins for vibration isolation.

Advantages

Designed with advanced structure elements derived from the automotive industry, the fan delivers stable airflow up to 2000 RPM while maintaining low acoustic levels. IP68-rated rotor technology improves resistance to dust and moisture, and the durable ball bearing extends operational life. Rubber mounting pins are included to reduce vibration transfer to the case.

Suitable for

• Case cooling for desktop PCs
• Systems requiring quiet airflow at moderate to high RPM
• Environments where increased dust or moisture resistance is preferred

How to use

Mount the 120 mm fan in a compatible case fan slot using the supplied rubber mounting pins or standard screws. Connect the fan to a 3- or 4-pin header on the motherboard or to a compatible fan controller at 12 V. Verify airflow direction before final installation and ensure cables are routed to avoid contact with the blades. Adjust fan speed via the motherboard or controller to balance cooling and noise.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, position the fan to create a consistent airflow path (intake or exhaust) in combination with other case fans. Periodically inspect and clean the fan and surrounding vents to maintain airflow and prolong bearing life. Use the rubber mounting pins to minimise vibration when installing on thin or resonance-prone cases.
