Ventilator Silverstone Air Blazer 120R 12 cm zwart transparant hydraulisch lager

The SilverStone Air Blazer 120R is a 120 mm case fan with a hydraulic (hydrodynamic) bearing and PWM control, designed for sustained high static pressure and efficient airflow. Its translucent black frame includes addressable RGB (ARGB) lighting compatible with 5V ARGB headers from ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI and ASRock. Measured static pressure ranges from a minimum of 0.26 mmH2O to a maximum of 3.53 mmH2O, providing effective cooling for radiators, heatsinks and restricted airflow environments.

Advantages

The fan’s nine-blade design and PWM control deliver higher airflow and stable high-pressure operation. A superior motor with hydrodynamic bearings reduces operational noise and extends service life (40,000 MTBF). Anti-vibration rubber padding on the mounting points lowers transmitted vibration and helps protect the fan corners. ARGB support allows synchronization of lighting effects with compatible motherboards.

Suitable for

• Case cooling in compact or high-restriction builds
• Radiator or CPU cooler push configurations
• Systems requiring ARGB lighting synchronization
• Environments where reduced vibration and quieter operation are desired

How to use

Install the fan in the desired position using the anti-vibration rubber pads and appropriate screws, aligning airflow direction with your cooling setup (push or pull). Connect the 4-pin PWM power connector to a motherboard fan header for speed control and connect the 3-pin/4-pin ARGB cable to a 5V addressable RGB header to enable lighting control and synchronization. Use motherboard software or ARGB controllers to configure lighting effects and PWM policies to balance noise and cooling performance.

Recommendations

For optimal cooling on radiators or heatsinks, use the Air Blazer 120R in a push-pull or single push configuration with PWM control enabled. Ensure the ARGB header on your motherboard supports 5V addressable RGB before connecting to avoid damage. Periodically check mounting and clean dust build-up to maintain airflow and prolong fan life.
