Verlengsnoer PSSO 30245752, 3x2,5 mm² ader, 3 m, zwart

Extension Cable PSSO 30245752 is a three-conductor power cable with 2.5 mm² conductor cross-section and a 3 m overall length in black. It is intended to extend mains power connections where a 3-wire 2.5 mm² cable is required. The cable is suitable for fixed or temporary wiring in homes, offices and light commercial or industrial environments, providing straightforward installation and continuous electrical conductivity between devices and power sources.

Advantages

The cable combines a standard 2.5 mm² conductor size with three insulated cores, offering a balance of current-carrying capacity and flexibility for general-purpose power extension. Its 3 m length covers typical distances between outlets and equipment without the need for splicing. The black outer sheath provides basic protection against abrasion and environmental soiling while remaining visually discreet in most interiors. The construction supports reliable electrical continuity and simple termination to compatible connectors or terminal blocks.

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer sheath and insulating from each conductor the required length for termination. Connect the three conductors to the corresponding terminals of the appliance, connector or terminal block, observing correct wiring order and polarity for live, neutral and earth as required by local electrical regulations. Secure the cable entry with a suitable gland or clamp to prevent strain on terminations, and ensure exposed conductors are insulated and enclosed before applying power. Installation should be performed by a qualified person where national rules require it.

Recommendations

Use this 3x2.5 mm² extension cable for circuits within its rated current capacity and avoid routing through sharp edges or areas with high mechanical stress; inspect terminations and sheath integrity periodically to maintain safe operation.
