Headset-microfoon PSSO WISE model 13063408 voor bodypackzender, lichtgewicht on-ear ontwerp

PSSO WISE Model 13063408 is a headset microphone designed to work with compatible pocket transmitters. The compact on-ear form places the microphone close to the mouth for clear speech pickup while remaining lightweight for extended wear. Intended for hands-free voice capture, the headset supports continuous movement and maintains consistent microphone placement during presentations, teaching, fitness instruction and small events.

Advantages

The on-ear design offers a balance between stability and comfort, keeping the microphone positioned near the mouth without the bulk of over-ear assemblies. Low weight reduces fatigue during long sessions, and the close mic placement improves speech intelligibility and reduces the need for gain increases. The headset connects to standard wireless bodypack transmitters, enabling mobility and freedom of movement for the user.

How to use

Attach the headset to the preferred ear and position the microphone element so it sits near the corner of the mouth, avoiding direct contact with the lips to prevent breath and plosive noise. Connect the headset cable to a compatible pocket transmitter following the transmitter manufacturer’s connector and locking procedure. Adjust transmitter input level and local gain control to achieve clear, undistorted voice levels while monitoring through headphones or the sound system. Secure cable routing to avoid snagging during movement.

Recommendations

For optimal speech clarity, position the microphone slightly to the side of the mouth and set input gain conservatively to reduce clipping. Use a windsock or foam pop screen in environments with strong air flow or heavy breathing, and perform a sound-check while moving to confirm stable performance.
