Verpakkingstape Tesa 57108-00000-00, 66 m lengte, 50 mm breedte

Packing tape Tesa 57108-00000-00 is a self-adhesive tape 66 m in length and 50 mm in width designed for sealing cartons, parcels and packaging for storage and transit. The tape provides reliable adhesion on corrugated cardboard and common packaging materials and is suitable for both manual application with a dispenser and many standard packaging machines where a 50 mm width roll is required.

Advantages

The tape offers consistent tack and a strong adhesive layer that secures flaps and seams during handling and transport. Its 66 m roll length reduces the need for frequent reel changes in busy workplaces. The 50 mm width balances coverage and economy, making it practical for standard box sizes while limiting material waste. The tape is compatible with most handheld tape dispensers and many automatic tape heads, enabling fast and straightforward sealing processes.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard boxes for shipping and storage
• General packaging tasks in home, office and warehouse environments
• Use with manual dispensers and many standard packaging machines

Key specifications

• Length: 66 m
• Width: 50 mm
• Type: self-adhesive packing tape
• Adhesion: formulated for reliable bonding to common packaging substrates such as corrugated board
• Compatibility: suitable for manual and many machine applications with standard-width rolls

How to use

Ensure the box or package surfaces are clean and dry before applying the tape. For manual sealing, use a compatible handheld dispenser to apply the tape along the seam, pressing firmly to ensure contact between the adhesive and the substrate. For machine application, load the roll onto the appropriate holder and align according to the equipment instructions; feed the tape across the flap and activate the sealing cycle. Cut or tear the tape after sealing and press the ends down to secure the bond.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance. For heavy or oversized parcels, consider using multiple tape strips or wider/heavier-duty tapes. Test adhesion on specialty or coated papers before full application to confirm compatibility.
