Packband Tesa 64014 transparant 50 mm x 66 m, kartonafsluit-tape

Tesa Packing Tape 64014 is a transparent adhesive tape 50 mm wide and 66 m long designed for carton sealing and general packing tasks. The tape provides reliable adhesion on cardboard and paper surfaces and is intended for shipping, storage and moving. Its transparent backing leaves a neat finish on boxes and parcels and can be applied by hand or with a standard tape dispenser for consistent results.

Advantages

The tape delivers consistent tack and a durable bond on corrugated and solid board, ensuring packages remain closed during handling and transport. Its transparent appearance maintains the visibility of labels and printed information while providing tear resistance and a smooth unwind. The tape is compatible with common handheld dispensers and works well at room temperatures typical for warehousing and shipping environments.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard boxes for shipping and storage
• Packaging during moving or relocation
• General office and warehouse packing tasks
• Repairing or reinforcing paper and light board materials

Key specifications

• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 66 m
• Color: transparent
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for cardboard and paper
• Intended use: carton sealing and general packing

How to use

Cut or tear the tape to the required length or use a standard tape dispenser for controlled application. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust or grease for optimal adhesion. Apply firm pressure along the tape after placement to secure the bond, especially on overlapped seams and corners. For heavier loads, use additional strips of tape across seams and along the box edges.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance. Apply within normal indoor temperature ranges when possible; very cold or hot surfaces may reduce immediate tack. For long-term storage or heavy-duty shipping, test a sample application to confirm adhesion on the specific carton material.
