Verstelbare gietijzeren dumbbell Rebel Active 36 kg, automatische stappen van 2 kg

The Adjustable cast iron dumbbell Rebel Active 36 kg, automatic 2 kg increments is a single-piece, black-finished free weight designed for progressive resistance training at home or in a gym. With a total mass of 36 kg and an increment system that adjusts load in 2 kg steps, this dumbbell enables quick weight changes without multiple plates or separate handles. Constructed from cast iron, it provides a compact solution for strength, hypertrophy and conditioning sessions where space and ease of use are important.

Advantages

The cast iron construction ensures long-term durability and solid feel during lifts, while the automatic 2 kg increment mechanism simplifies transitions between sets. Its single-piece design reduces storage space compared with multiple fixed dumbbells and eliminates the need to handle loose plates. The black finish offers a neutral, low-maintenance surface suitable for frequent home or gym use.

How to use

Select the desired load using the dumbbell's automatic adjustment system to change weight in 2 kg increments. Ensure the plate selector or adjustment mechanism fully engages before lifting, and adopt proper lifting technique for each exercise: maintain a neutral spine for presses and rows, control the descent during eccentric phases, and use a full range of motion where appropriate. When not in use, place the dumbbell on a stable surface to prevent rolling and check the adjustment mechanism periodically for secure engagement.

Recommendations

Begin with lighter loads to rehearse movement patterns and increase weight in 2 kg steps as strength improves. Use this adjustable dumbbell as part of a structured program that includes adequate warm-up, progressive overload, and recovery periods. Regularly inspect the cast iron surface and adjustment mechanism for wear, and avoid dropping the dumbbell from height to preserve the finish and mechanism.
