Verstelbare schroefsleutel Rothenberger 70414 250mm chroom-vanadiumstaal

The Rothenberger 70414 250mm adjustable wrench is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel to provide durability and reliable mechanical strength. With a total length of 250 mm and a precision-machined adjustable jaw, this tool accommodates a range of nut and bolt sizes while delivering good leverage for tightening and loosening fasteners in constrained spaces.

Advantages

Chrome vanadium steel construction offers resistance to wear and ensures a long service life. The adjustable jaw provides quick adaptation to different fastener widths without the need for multiple fixed wrenches. A compact 250 mm length balances accessibility in tight areas with effective torque transfer. The wrench has a smooth adjustment mechanism that allows accurate jaw positioning and reduces slippage during use.

Suitable for

• Plumbing repairs and pipe fittings
• Automotive maintenance and light mechanical work
• General household maintenance and assembly tasks
• Workshops and on-site service jobs

Key specifications

• Material: chrome vanadium steel
• Overall length: 250 mm
• Adjustable jaw: machined, smooth adjustment
• Finish: polished/chrome-plated surface for corrosion resistance
• Design: single-handle adjustable wrench for manual operation

How to use

Select the wrench and open the adjustable jaw to a size slightly larger than the fastener. Position the jaws squarely on the nut or bolt head, then turn the adjustment wheel or worm screw to secure a snug fit. Apply steady, even force on the handle in the required direction to tighten or loosen the fastener, keeping the handle aligned with the fastener axis to minimize slipping. After use, release the jaw and store the wrench in a dry place to maintain the finish.

Recommendations

Use the wrench within the intended range of fastener sizes and avoid using excessive impact force or extensions on the handle. For best performance, keep the adjustment mechanism clean and periodically lubricate the moving parts. Inspect the jaws for wear before critical jobs to ensure safe gripping.
