Verzendenvelop MAILmedia C4 90 g/m² 250 stuks (model 30005455)

MAILmedia C4 mailing bags in a pack of 250 are paper envelopes with a paper weight of 90 g/m², sized to accommodate C4 documents and A4 paper folded once. Designed for routine mailing and document protection, these envelopes offer consistent paper quality and an economical bulk supply for offices, mailing centers and businesses that process correspondence or invoices.

Advantages

These C4 mailing bags combine a medium-weight paper substrate with a simple, reliable closure to protect contents during postal handling. The uniform paper weight of 90 g/m² ensures good printability and resistance to tearing while remaining lightweight enough to help control postage costs. Supplied in a pack of 250, the envelopes reduce the need for frequent reorders and support high-volume mailing workflows.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices, statements and customer correspondence
• Shipping A4 documents folded once or flat C4 documents
• Office bulk mailing and administrative departments
• Mailing centers and print-and-post services

Key specifications

• Paper weight: 90 g/m²
• Format: C4 (sized for C4 documents or A4 folded once)
• Quantity: 250 pieces per pack
• Material: paper
• Closure type: standard flap closure (self-adhesive or water-activated depending on variant)

How to use

Place documents gently inside the envelope so edges align with the envelope sides to avoid bending. If the envelope features a self-adhesive strip, remove the protective liner and press the flap firmly to seal. For water-activated flaps, moisten the sealing area evenly and press the flap down until secure. Affix postage and address information clearly on the front, ensuring any printed or handwritten text does not overlap the seam or flap.

Recommendations

Store packs in a dry indoor environment away from direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain paper strength and prevent curling. For important or fragile contents, use additional internal protection such as cardboard stiffeners or polywrap to reduce the risk of creasing during transit.
