Vetspuit snelkoppeling KS TOOLS 980.1108 1/8 inch

The KS TOOLS grease gun quick-lock coupling 1/8" is a mechanical accessory designed to connect grease guns to fittings quickly and securely. It provides a sealed connection that reduces grease leakage during lubrication and allows fast attachment and detachment from nipples, bearings, and grease fittings. The coupling is compatible with standard 1/8" grease gun outlets and is intended for workshop and maintenance environments where repetitive greasing tasks require reliable, efficient connectors.

Advantages

The quick-lock design ensures a firm grip on grease fittings and minimizes accidental disconnection during use. Its compact construction facilitates access in confined spaces and shortens service time on bearings, joints, and moving components. The coupling's seal reduces waste and keeps work areas cleaner, while the straightforward connection mechanism makes it easy to use for professionals and experienced hobbyists alike.

Suitable for

• Routine lubrication of roller and plain bearings
• Servicing automotive chassis joints and suspension components
• Industrial maintenance of machinery with grease nipples
• Workshop and field-service lubrication tasks

Key specifications

• Connection size: 1/8" compatible with standard grease gun outlets
• Locking type: quick-lock coupling for fast attach/detach
• Material: metal construction for mechanical durability
• Seal: integrated sealing to reduce grease leakage
• Application environment: workshop and maintenance use, suitable for confined spaces

How to use

Ensure the grease gun and the fitting to be serviced are clean and free of debris. Attach the coupling to the grease gun outlet by pushing until the quick-lock mechanism engages. Align the coupling with the grease fitting and press to connect; the coupling should latch onto the fitting to establish a sealed path for lubricant. Operate the grease gun according to its instructions to apply lubricant. To remove the coupling, release the quick-lock mechanism and pull the coupling away from the fitting.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the coupling for wear and contamination, and clean or replace seals as needed to maintain a tight connection. Use the coupling with compatible 1/8" grease fittings and follow the grease gun manufacturer's guidance for pressure and lubricant type to avoid over-pressurizing seals or fittings.
