VGA-kabel ROLINE HQ 20m HD15 M/M

The ROLINE HQ 20m VGA Cable (HD15 M/M) is a high-quality monitor connection cable designed to link a computer graphics card to a monitor, projector, VGA splitter or amplifier over longer distances. The 20 m cable features moulded HD15 connectors, two additional ferrite cores for reduced interference and a double-shielded construction with braided and foil shielding to maintain signal integrity. It carries three coax lines for RGB signals plus seven AWG28 wires and includes hand-locking screws for secure connector attachment.

Advantages

This VGA cable provides stable analogue video transmission over 20 metres with built-in ferrite cores to suppress high-frequency noise. Double screening (braid and foil) and moulded connector casings minimize signal degradation and mechanical wear. The combination of three coax lines for RGB and seven AWG28 wires ensures consistent colour separation and reliable connectivity with HD15 interfaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting a desktop PC or laptop to an external monitor or projector
• Extending VGA signals to a VGA splitter or amplifier
• Use in office, classroom, conference-room or home setups where a 20 m VGA run is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connectors: VGA (HD15) male to VGA (HD15) male
• Shielding: double screened (braided + foil)
• Wiring: 3 coax lines for RGB + 7 AWG28 wires
• Ferrite: two additional ferrite cores
• Connector features: moulded casings and hand-locking screws

• Brand / MPN / EAN: ROLINE / 11.04.5270 / 7611990120819

How to use

Connect one HD15 (VGA) male connector to the graphics card or VGA source and the other HD15 male connector to the monitor, projector or VGA input device. Tighten the hand-locking screws to secure the connection and position the ferrite cores close to the source or display if additional interference suppression is required. Ensure devices are powered off when connecting or disconnecting to avoid electrical faults.

Recommendations

For best image quality at longer distances, keep the cable away from large power cables and sources of electromagnetic interference. If you need higher resolutions or digital connections, consider switching to a digital interface (e.g., HDMI or DisplayPort) where supported.
