Videocollaboratiesysteem YAMAHA CS-500 voor kleine vergaderruimtes en huddle spaces

The YAMAHA CS-500 is a compact video collaboration system designed specifically for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces. It integrates a camera, speaker, and microphone array into a single unit to support group meetings, remote collaboration and presentations in confined environments. The system focuses on delivering clear audio pickup and reliable video for team meetings, client calls and quick brainstorming sessions where space and simplicity are priorities.

Advantages

The CS-500 combines audio and video components in a single enclosure, reducing setup complexity and cable clutter while maintaining consistent performance. The built-in microphone array captures participants across the room and works with the integrated speaker to provide intelligible sound for both local and remote attendees. The compact design and simple mounting options make it easy to install above or below a display, and the system supports standard video conferencing platforms for straightforward integration with existing workflows.

How to use

Recommendations

For best results in small meeting rooms, place the unit at eye level or slightly above the seated participants and avoid obstructing the camera view. Keep ambient noise to a minimum, and position the display and seating so that participants remain within the microphone pickup area. If multiple rooms are equipped, standardize mounting height and configuration to ensure consistent meeting experiences across locations.
