Videokabel-adapter LogiLink UA0336 3 m USB Type-C DisplayPort zwart

The LogiLink UA0336 3m USB Type-C to DisplayPort video cable adapter provides a reliable wired connection between USB-C devices and DisplayPort-equipped displays. It supports video and audio transmission up to 4K at 60 fps (3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz) and is suitable for modern laptops and smartphones with USB-C output. The cable is 3 metres long, black, lightweight (approx. 111 g) and designed for everyday use, presentations and media playback.

Advantages

This LogiLink adapter transmits both video and audio over a single cable, delivering up to 4K@60Hz resolution for sharp images and smooth motion. The 3 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices to distant monitors or projectors. Being passive and plug-and-play, it requires no external power or drivers on most compatible hosts. Its USB Type-C to DisplayPort connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of modern laptops, tablets and smartphones.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB-C laptops (e.g., MacBook 12", MacBook Pro 2016/2017) to DisplayPort monitors
• Connecting smartphones with USB-C video output (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S8) to projectors
• Office presentations and conference room setups
• Home entertainment and external display setups

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB Type-C
• Connector 2: DisplayPort
• Resolution support: up to 4K (3840 x 2160) @ 60Hz
• Cable length: 3 m
• Colour: Black
• Weight: approx. 0.111 kg

How to use

Connect the USB Type-C end to the source device that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode (for example a compatible laptop or smartphone). Plug the DisplayPort end into the display, monitor or projector. Select the appropriate input on the display device and set the output resolution on the source if necessary. Most devices will detect the connection automatically and enable audio and video transmission without additional drivers.

Recommendations

Use with devices that explicitly support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C to ensure full 4K@60Hz functionality. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors and keep the cable away from sources of excessive heat. If the connected device does not output video, check device settings and firmware, and verify that the USB-C port supports video output.
