Videokabel-adapter Mini DisplayPort HDMI ShiverPeaks BS10-53045

The ShiverPeaks BS10-53045 is a 3 m video cable adapter that converts a Mini DisplayPort output to an HDMI input. Designed for connecting laptops, desktops or other Mini DisplayPort-equipped devices to HDMI displays, projectors or TVs, this black cable supports transmission of both video and audio signals over a single lead. The cable is supplied in a polybag for compact storage and simple transport.

Advantages

This Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable provides a single-cable solution for carrying digital video and audio from a source device to an HDMI display. The 3 m length offers flexibility in setup without requiring additional extenders, and the straight-forward plug-and-play operation removes the need for software installation. The black finish resists visible wear and integrates unobtrusively into most home and office environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or desktops with Mini DisplayPort to HDMI monitors or TVs
• Presentations with projectors that accept HDMI input
• Home media setups where a computer is used as a media player for an HDMI display
• Temporary workstation arrangements where a longer reach between devices is needed

• Input connector: Mini DisplayPort
• Output connector: HDMI

How to use

Connect the Mini DisplayPort end to the source device and the HDMI end to the display device. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display to the correct HDMI input. Most systems will automatically detect the external display; if not, adjust the display output settings in the operating system or graphics control panel. Avoid forcing connectors and insert them straight to ensure secure contact.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension. Use the 3 m length to position devices for optimal ventilation and signal clarity. If you experience no audio or video, check source device output settings and try a different HDMI input on the display. Keep the cable in its polybag when transporting to prevent abrasion.
