How to use

Connect the USB-C plug to a host device that supports DP Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3, then connect one or two DisplayPort cables from the adapter outputs to your monitors. For a single display at maximum 8K, use one DisplayPort output; for dual-display setups configure the displays in your operating system (Windows supports extended and mirrored modes; macOS supports mirrored dual displays). No external power or drivers are required for basic plug-and-play operation.

Recommendations

For best results use DisplayPort 1.4–capable monitors and certified high-quality DisplayPort cables. On Windows, enable MST in display settings to use extended desktop across multiple monitors. On macOS, expect mirrored output only when using dual displays through this adapter.
