Videokabel-adapter VGA D-Sub HDMI type A Vision TC-HDMIVGA

The Vision TC-HDMIVGA video cable adapter enables connection of a VGA (D-Sub) output to an HDMI Type A input, allowing legacy VGA sources such as older PCs or projectors to be used with modern HDMI displays. The adapter has a male VGA connector and a standard HDMI Type A plug and is finished in white. It is designed for simple signal conversion where a VGA source must be displayed on HDMI-equipped monitors, TVs or projectors that accept HDMI input.

Advantages

This adapter provides a compact and easy-to-install solution for converting VGA output to HDMI input without requiring complex setup. Its male VGA (D-Sub) and HDMI Type A connectors ensure direct physical compatibility with a wide range of devices. The white housing offers a neutral appearance that fits typical AV and office environments. The product is useful when an immediate physical connection is needed for presentations, classroom use or multimedia playback from older equipment to newer displays.

Suitable for

• Connecting older computers with VGA outputs to HDMI monitors or TVs
• Using VGA-equipped projectors with HDMI-only sources or displays
• Classroom and presentation setups where legacy devices must interface with modern displays
• Temporary or portable AV setups that require quick signal conversion

Key specifications

• Connector 1: VGA (D-Sub) male
• Connector 2: HDMI Type A (Standard) male
• Product colour: White
• Category: Cable interface and gender adapter for video signals

How to use

Connect the male VGA (D-Sub) end of the Vision TC-HDMIVGA adapter to the VGA output on the source device. Insert the HDMI Type A plug into the HDMI input of the display device. Power on both devices and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. Adjust display resolution and scaling settings on the source device as needed to match the native resolution of the HDMI display. If the display shows no image, verify cable seating and input selection; some displays may require a specific input mode for converted signals.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short- to medium-length temporary connections in presentations or multimedia setups. For best image results, set the source device's resolution to one supported by the HDMI display. Avoid forcing connections or applying excessive bending stress near the connectors; store the adapter in a dry place when not in use.
