Videokabeladapter LOGILINK Mini DisplayPort naar HDMI type A CV0036A, 0,1 m, grijs

The LOGILINK Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Type A CV0036A is a 0.1 m video cable adapter designed to link Mini DisplayPort-equipped laptops, tablets and other devices to HDMI displays and TVs. Its compact grey construction is intended for short, direct connections where cable length should be minimal. The adapter transmits video signals from a Mini DisplayPort source to an HDMI Type A input, enabling use of external monitors and televisions for display extension or mirroring.

Advantages

This adapter offers a straightforward physical connection between Mini DisplayPort sources and HDMI displays without additional drivers. Its short 0.1 m length reduces cable clutter and is convenient for setups with closely positioned devices. The compact grey housing provides a low-profile appearance, and the standard HDMI Type A connector ensures compatibility with the majority of monitors and TVs. The adapter is suitable for use in environments where a simple, reliable video link is required.

Suitable for

• Connecting a laptop or tablet with Mini DisplayPort output to an HDMI monitor or TV
• Quick, short-range connections on desks, meeting tables or AV carts
• Temporary setups where minimal cabling is preferred

Key specifications

• Connector 1: Mini DisplayPort
• Connector 2: HDMI Type A (Standard)
• Cable length: 0.1 m
• Colour: Grey
• Function: Video signal transmission from Mini DisplayPort to HDMI

How to use

Insert the Mini DisplayPort end into the Mini DisplayPort output on the source device and plug the HDMI Type A end into the HDMI input of the display or TV. Power on both devices and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. On the source device, configure display settings as needed to mirror or extend the desktop. No additional software is normally required; if the display is not detected, check connections and source display output settings.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the adapter for short-distance connections only; avoid using it as part of a long extension chain. Ensure both connectors are fully seated in their ports and route the cable to prevent strain on the connectors. If audio is required, confirm the source device supports audio over Mini DisplayPort and that the display or TV accepts audio via HDMI.
