Viltstift-penseel PENTEL Brush Sign Fine lichtblauw — fijne punt, 1 stuk

The PENTEL Brush Sign Fine in Light Blue is a single-piece felt-tip brush pen that combines a flexible brush-like polyester nib with the control of a fine point. Designed for tasks that require both line variation and precision, this pen delivers light blue water-based ink in smooth, consistent strokes. The tip responds to pressure, allowing thin hairlines and broader strokes with a single tool, making it suitable for lettering, illustration details, sketching and journaling where a subtle blue tone is desired.

Advantages

This brush pen offers variable line width from fine details to broader strokes by adjusting pressure, enabling expressive yet controlled marks. The water-based light blue ink provides clear, even colour laydown that is suitable for overlaying, shading and mixed-media work. The polyester nib combines durability with a responsive flex that preserves shape over regular use, while the single-piece supply is convenient for individual projects or to add a specific colour to a toolkit.

How to use

Hold the pen at a comfortable angle and vary fingertip pressure to produce thin to thicker lines: light pressure for fine hairlines and increased pressure for broader strokes. Use smooth, continuous motions for lettering and controlled short strokes for fine details. Allow the ink to dry briefly before layering or erasing pencil underdrawing. Store horizontally when not in use to help maintain even ink flow.

Recommendations

For best results, test the pen on a scrap of the same paper you will use to check ink absorption and line behaviour; use a light touch for precise details and gradual pressure for thicker strokes. Avoid prolonged contact with heavily textured or highly absorbent paper to reduce nib wear and excessive ink feathering.
