VIPLAST VP-31 opbouw aftakdoos, leeg, 12 kabelinvoeren, IP55, wit, 85x85x37 mm

The VIPLAST VP-31 stands out in its class by combining a compact 85x85x37 mm footprint with an unusually generous 12 cable entry points, all protected to IP55. Unlike many surface-mounted boxes that force a compromise between size and capacity, this empty enclosure is engineered for installers who need to route multiple cables through flexible membrane glands without sacrificing ingress protection. The square white housing blends discreetly into both residential and commercial settings, while the durable plastic construction resists impact and corrosion. Whether you are organising low-voltage wiring, telecom connections, or sensor cabling, the VP-31 provides a clean, professional termination point that keeps dust and water jets at bay.

Highlights

• 12 flexible membrane cable entries for high-density wiring
• IP55 rating: dust protected and resistant to water jets
• Surface-mounted design for quick installation on walls or panels
• Empty enclosure with ample internal space for connectors or splices
• Durable plastic body in clean white finish
• Compact 85x85x37 mm dimensions fit tight spaces

In daily use

On a typical installation day, the VP-31 saves time and effort. The flexible membranes allow cables to be pushed through without additional grommets, and their snug fit maintains the IP55 seal even when the box is not fully populated. The white surface resists visible dust and can be painted to match the wall if desired. Inside, the flat base and generous depth accommodate terminal blocks, Wago connectors, or small PCBs. The cover snaps securely yet opens easily for future maintenance, making this box a favourite for structured cabling, security systems, and outdoor sensor junctions under eaves or canopies.
