Why choose it

The joystick grip design allows one-handed operation, so you can adjust the camera position while keeping your other hand free for focus or zoom. The built-in friction control lets you fine-tune the resistance to match your gear, ensuring smooth movement even with heavier lenses. The RC2 quick release plate makes it fast to switch between handheld and tripod shooting, and the spirit level helps you keep horizons straight.

Ideal use cases

• Travel and street photography where speed is essential
• Portrait sessions requiring frequent angle changes
• Video shooting with lightweight mirrorless or DSLR cameras
• Macro work that demands precise positioning
• Any setup where a compact, lightweight head is preferred

Good to know

The 327RC2 is made from Adapto, a durable technopolymer that keeps the head light without sacrificing strength. It is compatible with all Manfrotto tripods featuring a 3/8" mounting screw and works with any camera using a standard 1/4" tripod socket. The included 200PL-14 plate is part of the widely used RC2 system, so additional plates are readily available for multiple cameras.
