Vlakke onderlegring Cimco 192652, verzinkt staal, binnendiameter 6 mm, buitendiameter 18 mm, 1 stuk

Flat washer Cimco 192652 is a single galvanized steel washer with an inner diameter of 6 mm and an outer diameter of 18 mm. The zinc-coloured finish provides basic corrosion resistance and a smooth bearing surface for fasteners. This washer is intended to distribute clamping forces, reduce surface indentation and improve the stability of bolted or screwed connections in a variety of assembly and repair tasks.

Advantages

The galvanized steel construction offers enhanced resistance to rust compared with untreated steel, while the precise inner and outer diameters ensure consistent fit with M6 bolts or comparable fasteners. As a single-piece supply, the washer is suitable for selective replacement or small repair jobs. The flat geometry provides uniform load distribution and reduces the risk of loosening due to uneven seating.

How to use

Place the washer on the bolt or screw so that the inner hole aligns with the fastener shank, then insert the fastener through the joined materials and tighten to the required torque. Ensure the washer lies flat against the mating surface without tilting; if used with similar hardware, verify compatibility of diameters before assembly. For applications requiring higher corrosion protection or electrical isolation, consider using a different washer type or additional coatings.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use this flat washer with bolts and screws of matching shank diameter and avoid overtightening which may deform the washer or underlying surfaces. Store in a dry environment to maintain the galvanized finish and inspect for damage before installation.
