Meat mincer with shredder Esperanza WELLINGTON is a multifunctional kitchen appliance combining a meat grinder and a shredder. In the mincer mode it grinds meat and other food products, and with additional attachments it can prepare sausages or kebbe. In shredder mode it processes fruits, vegetables, hard cheese, chocolate and nuts, and can be used to make crumbs. Non-slip rubber feet provide stable and safe operation.

Advantages

Esperanza WELLINGTON combines two functions in one compact unit, saving countertop space. Interchangeable attachments expand processing options to include sausage making and kebbe preparation. The shredder function handles a range of ingredients from soft fruits to hard cheese and nuts. Rubber non-slip feet stabilize the appliance during operation, reducing movement and improving safety.

Key specifications

How to use

Select the desired function (mincer or shredder) and fit the appropriate attachment. For grinding meat, cut meat into pieces that fit the feed tube and feed steadily. For sausage or kebbe, attach the corresponding nozzle and follow the filling instructions. For shredding, insert the ingredient into the feed chute and operate until the required texture is reached. Always disconnect the appliance from power before changing attachments or cleaning, and follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

Recommendations

Before first use and after each use clean detachable parts according to the manual. Do not overload the appliance and avoid processing very large hard items to prolong service life. Place the unit on a dry, level surface to ensure the non-slip feet function correctly.
