Vleesmolen Adler AD 4808 350 W wit

A solid meat grinder designed for home preparation of sausages and minced meat. The unit includes three interchangeable cutting sieves: one for fine mincing, one for poppy seeds, and one with medium-sized holes. A plunger and sausage filler tubes are supplied with the set. The device is constructed from durable materials and can be disassembled for easy cleaning. It supports both forward and reverse operation and has a rated power of 350 W with a leverage (peak) capacity of 1500 W.

Advantages

The grinder provides three interchangeable sieves to vary the texture of mince, plus a sausage-filling attachment for home-made sausages. Durable materials and a design that allows easy disassembly simplify cleaning and maintenance. Forward and reverse functions reduce the risk of jamming during processing. The combination of nominal 350 W power and 1500 W leverage capacity offers steady performance for typical household use.

Key specifications

• Interchangeable cutting sieves: fine, medium, and poppy-seed
• Included accessories: plunger and sausage filler tubes
• Operation modes: forward and reverse
• Rated power: 350 W
• Leverage (peak) power: 1500 W
• Construction: durable, easy-to-disassemble materials

How to use

Assemble the chosen cutting sieve according to the type of mince required and attach the sausage filler if you intend to make sausages. Cut meat into pieces that fit the feed throat, then feed gradually while operating the grinder in forward mode. If the mechanism jams, stop and use the reverse function to clear the obstruction. After use, disassemble the unit and clean all parts that contact food before reassembling and storing.

Recommendations

For best results, use chilled, partly trimmed meat without large bones and sinew. Do not overload the grinder; feed moderate portions and avoid continuous long runs to prevent overheating. Clean and dry all components thoroughly after each use.
