Voeding Cooler Master ELITE NEX White 700

The Cooler Master ELITE NEX White 700 is an ATX power supply unit delivering 700 W of continuous power for desktop PC builds. Designed for entry-level and mainstream systems, this PSU combines standard 80 PLUS energy efficiency with active power factor correction and a dual forward topology to maintain stable voltage and improved safety. The unit includes a 24-pin ATX motherboard connector, multiple SATA cable lengths, and a 120 mm cooling fan to support effective thermal management under load.

Advantages

The ELITE NEX White 700 offers 80 PLUS certified efficiency, providing around 85% energy conversion at typical loads to reduce wasted power and heat. Active power factor correction and dual forward design contribute to reliable current stability and built-in protection features commonly found in higher-tier units. The PSU is rated to operate at ambient temperatures up to 40°C under full load and can tolerate short peak power surges, supplying an additional 100 W for up to 20 seconds. Compact weight and standard ATX form factor make installation straightforward in most common PC cases.

Attach SATA power connectors to storage devices using the supplied cables, and route cables to maintain airflow. Verify AC input voltage matches the specified 200–240 V range before powering on. Monitor system stability and case temperatures during initial operation to confirm correct installation and cooling performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this PSU in systems within the recommended power envelope and avoid consistent operation at or near maximum continuous load. Ensure adequate case airflow and periodic dust cleaning of the 120 mm fan to maintain cooling efficiency. If you are unsure about total system power requirements, use a PSU calculator to confirm that 700 W meets your component needs and to plan for potential future upgrades.
