Voedingsadapterkabel AS Schwabe 61483 schukostekker naar CEE-haakse koppeling 230V 16A

The Power adapter cable AS Schwabe 61483 Schuko plug to CEE angle coupling 230V 16A provides a compact electrical adapter that converts a standard Schuko (Type F) household plug into a CEE angled coupling for 230V, 16A circuits. Designed for temporary power conversion, this adapter facilitates safe connection of household equipment and tools to CEE sockets where space or cable routing requires an angled inlet. The practical design supports applications such as site power distribution, generators, caravans and workshops where a robust, angled coupling improves accessibility and reduces strain on cables.

Advantages

The adapter cable offers straightforward compatibility between common Schuko plugs and CEE angled couplings, enabling quick conversion without modification to existing plugs or sockets. Its angled coupling reduces bending stress at the connection point and helps position the cable closer to walls or equipment. Constructed to meet standard 230V, 16A electrical parameters, the product is intended for temporary and mobile power uses and provides a secure mechanical fit to prevent accidental disconnection during normal handling.

How to use

Insert the Schuko plug into a compatible household socket or the equipment's plug, then connect the CEE angled coupling to the corresponding 230V, 16A socket until it seats securely. Ensure the mating socket and plug are free of dirt and moisture before connecting. Use the adapter only with matching voltage and current ratings and do not modify the cable or connectors. Disconnect power at the source before performing inspections or making adjustments.

Recommendations

Use this adapter for temporary or intermittent connections; it is not intended to replace fixed wiring or permanent installations. Inspect the cable and connectors for wear or damage before each use, avoid exposure to prolonged moisture, and do not overload beyond the specified 16A rating. For continuous or weather-exposed installations, consider purpose-built fixed connectors or enclosures rated for the environment.
