Voorversterker Omnitronic EP-220PS met MP3-speler, Bluetooth en FM-radio

Omnitronic EP-220PS is a compact preamplifier with an integrated MP3 player, Bluetooth wireless input and FM radio tuner. Intended for basic audio control in small PA systems, background-music installations and home audio setups, the unit offers source selection and convenient front-panel playback control for USB/MP3 files, Bluetooth streaming and FM reception. The straightforward interface and standard audio connections make it easy to add source switching and simple level control to small systems.

Advantages

The preamp combines three common source types — MP3 via USB, Bluetooth streaming and FM radio — in a single chassis, reducing the need for separate devices and simplifying wiring. It provides accessible front-panel controls for source selection and playback, allowing quick switching during events or daily operation. The design focuses on compactness and ease of integration into small PA racks or shelf-mounted home systems, while offering basic tone and level management appropriate for background music and paging.

How to use

Connect the preamp's line outputs to your power amplifier or active speaker inputs using standard RCA cables. Insert a USB flash drive with MP3 files into the USB port to use the integrated MP3 player, or pair a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth to stream audio. Use the front-panel controls to select the desired source (USB/MP3, Bluetooth or FM), control playback and adjust output level. Tune the FM section manually to find local stations and store presets if available.

Recommendations

Position the unit near source devices for reliable Bluetooth reception and use short, high-quality interconnect cables to maintain signal integrity. When deploying in public spaces, test source switching and volume levels before operation to avoid abrupt level changes. For continuous operation in background-music applications, use properly formatted MP3 files and a USB drive with stable power and write protection where possible.
