Key specifications

• Filling system: cartridge (pre-filled or refillable standard cartridges)
• Nib type: calligraphy-style nib for line variation
• Body colour: black
• Included items: one pen supplied in a box
• Ink colour: black

How to use

Insert a compatible ink cartridge into the pen’s section until it clicks into place; if using a refillable cartridge, ensure it is properly filled and seated. Attach the pen cap and hold the pen at a comfortable angle for calligraphy—typically between 30° and 45° to the writing surface—so the nib meets the paper correctly for thin and broad strokes. Apply gentle, consistent pressure when executing downstrokes and lighter pressure for upstrokes to achieve the intended stroke contrast. After use, replace the cap to prevent the nib from drying out.

Recommendations

Use high-quality, smooth paper designed for fountain pens or calligraphy to prevent feathering and bleeding. For prolonged periods of inactivity, remove the cartridge or flush the nib following manufacturer guidance to maintain reliable ink flow. Store the pen horizontally or with the nib up if left unused for extended periods.
