The Bosch Serie 2 DUL62FA21 wall-mounted cooker hood offers extraction performance up to 250 m³/h in a compact, white finish designed for standard kitchen installations. Equipped with a fleece grease filter and energy-efficient LED lighting (4 W), this model focuses on essential ventilation functions with straightforward button controls. The appliance is classified in energy efficiency class D with an annual energy consumption of 69.3 kWh and a fluid dynamic efficiency class of E.

Advantages

This wall-mounted hood provides effective removal of cooking fumes and odors at a maximum extraction rate of 250 m³/h while maintaining a compact design suitable for many kitchen layouts. The fleece grease filter captures grease particles to protect the ducting and motor, and the integrated 4 W LED lighting improves visibility on the cooktop. Button controls offer simple operation and the 120 mm exhaust connection enables standard ducted installation. The white finish integrates with light-colored kitchen decors.

Suitable for

• Smaller to medium domestic kitchens requiring a wall-mounted extraction solution
• Kitchens where a compact, white finish is preferred to match cabinetry
• Rooms with standard 120 mm ducting for external ventilation

Connect the appliance electrically according to local regulations and then operate using the button controls to select the appropriate extraction level. Use the LED light to illuminate the hob while cooking. For ducted operation, ensure the external vent is unobstructed; for recirculation (if applicable), fit appropriate carbon filters according to local requirements.

Recommendations

Replace or clean the fleece grease filter regularly to maintain extraction performance; check manufacturer guidance for cleaning intervals. Operate the hood on a higher setting while frying or cooking with strong odors and reduce to a lower setting for general ventilation to minimize noise and energy use. Periodic inspection of the ductwork and vents will help preserve airflow and efficiency.
