Wandgemonteerde 19-inch rackbehuizing DIGITUS Dynamic-N DN-37100, 7U, 600x450 mm (BxD), IP20, lichtgrijs, ongemonteerd

The DIGITUS Dynamic‑N DN-37100 is a 7U, wall-mounted 19" rack cabinet designed for small network and telecom installations. It offers a 600 x 450 mm mounting footprint (WxD), IP20 protection and a lockable safety glass front door with steel frame. The enclosure ships unassembled for space-efficient transport and features adjustable 19" profile rails front and rear, pre-punched cable entry points, ventilation slots and provisions for fan installation. Constructed from robust 1.0–1.2 mm sheet steel with a light grey powder-coated finish, it supports up to 60 kg of installed equipment and includes cable management and a key lock for basic physical security.

Advantages

The DN-37100 combines compact dimensions with standard 19" mounting, allowing organized installation of network switches, patch panels and small servers in offices, server rooms or telecom closets. Adjustable, galvanized profile rails marked with height units simplify mounting and ensure compatibility with standard rack equipment. Pre-punched cable entries at the roof, rear and base and removable side panels improve cable routing and access, while ventilation slots and a fan-ready roof make passive or active cooling straightforward. Supplied unassembled, the cabinet reduces shipping volume and can be assembled on site.

Suitable for

• Small network racks for office switches, patch panels and routers
• Telecom closets and equipment niches with limited floor space
• Environments requiring a lockable, compact 19" enclosure for monitoring or communications gear
• Sites where wall mounting is preferred to save floor area

When it may not be suitable

This cabinet is intended for indoor installations with basic environmental protection (IP20) and is not suitable for outdoor locations or dusty, humid or corrosive environments. With a 7U capacity and a maximum recommended load of 60 kg, it is not adequate for larger server racks, high-density equipment or heavy power distribution units.

How to use

Unpack the flat-packed cabinet and follow the supplied assembly instructions to mount the mounting plate to the wall first, then attach the assembled housing. Install the adjustable 19" profile rails to the required depth using the height unit markings to align equipment. Route network and power cabling through the pre-punched openings in the roof, rear or base and secure cables using the included cable management components. Fit equipment from the front into the 7U space, taking into account the installation depth range. If active cooling is required, mount a compatible fan unit in the prepared roof area and ensure ventilation paths remain unobstructed. Lock the front door for basic physical security when installation is complete.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm equipment dimensions and installation depth to fit within the 219–320 mm component installation range
• Verify total equipment weight does not exceed the 60 kg maximum
• Ensure the planned installation site is indoors and meets IP20 environmental conditions
• Plan cable routing considering the pre-punched entry points and required cable management accessories
• Allow time for on-site assembly and wall mounting; suitable tools are required

Recommendations

Use the DN-37100 for structured, small-scale network deployments where a compact, lockable 19" wall cabinet is needed. Place heavier components low in the 7U space, secure all earthing connections, and maintain clear ventilation openings; if multiple active devices generate heat, install a fan module in the prepared roof area to ensure reliable operation.
