Wandmontage-rack EFB Elektronik WGB-1006WS.30 6U 30kg wit

The EFB Elektronik WGB-1006WS.30 wall mounted rack is a compact 6U solution for organizing network equipment and cabling in small server rooms, telecom closets or office installations. Finished in white with a slim profile, the cabinet supports a maximum load of 30 kg and includes a key lock for basic access control. With an IP20 protection rating, it is designed for indoor environments where protection from fingers and solid objects is required while allowing ventilation and cable entry.

Advantages

The rack's 6U capacity and relatively shallow depth offer space-saving installation close to walls without sacrificing accessibility for patch panels, switches or small routers. A keyed lock secures installed equipment from casual tampering, and the white finish delivers a neutral appearance that integrates into many commercial and office interiors. The IP20 rating provides standard protection against contact and ingress of larger solids while keeping the design open for passive cooling.

Suitable for

• Small network installations and patch panels
• VoIP, access control and CCTV termination points
• Office telecommunication closets and utility rooms
• Home lab or small server setups with limited equipment

How to use

Mount the rack on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate fixings for the wall material, ensuring the installation surface can support the maximum loaded weight. Use the integrated key lock to restrict physical access when required. Ensure air can circulate around active devices to avoid overheating.

Recommendations

Position the cabinet at an accessible height for maintenance and leave clearance above and below for cable entry. Verify the total equipment weight does not exceed 30 kg and distribute components evenly across available U positions. For environments with higher dust or moisture levels, consider a cabinet with a higher protection rating than IP20.
