The DIGITUS Unique Series wall mounted rack DN-19 12-U (600x450 mm) is a robust 12U network cabinet designed for professional IT infrastructure and wall installation. Constructed from up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating (standard grey RAL 7035), the cabinet supports up to 100 kg and provides IP20 protection. It includes adjustable 483 mm (19") galvanized profile rails with unit markings readable in both directions, sliding cable inlet with foam seal in the roof, pre-cut cable entries in the back wall and floor plate, and a pre-cut area for a fan module.

How to use

Mount the housing frame plate securely to a load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fixings for your wall type, then attach the cabinet housing to the frame. Install equipment on the depth-adjustable 19" rails and route cables through the sliding roof inlet or the pre-cut entries in the back and floor. If required, fit a fan module into the pre-cut roof area. Adjust door hinges as needed for left or right opening and lock the side panels and front door after installation.

Recommendations

Ensure the wall and fixing points can support the cabinet plus equipment load (maximum 100 kg). Use appropriate earthing for network equipment and avoid installing in environments exceeding IP20 protection (avoid moisture and dust exposure).
